Our Core Values

  1. We value our living Lord Jesus Christ as the head of His body, the church, and as the foundation, the basis, for all that we do.
  2. We value the Bible as the source of all that we do individually and corporately. It is the inerrant, infallible, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God, our only rule for faith and practice.
  3. We value the gospel. We embrace the gospel for our own lives as well as for those who do not know Him.
  4. We value authentic, excellent, God-centered worship and prayer that is faithful to Scripture and which exalts, honors, and glorifies our Lord Jesus Christ.
  5. We value preaching and teaching that is Bible-based and Christ-centered. We believe that preaching should be expository in nature and should teach the whole counsel of God.
  6. We value maturity in Christ, being a community of growing, maturing disciples of Christ, growing in Christlikeness and in obedience to God’s Word, bringing every area of our lives in submission to His authority and every thought captive to Christ.
  7. We value deep fellowship and community as the body of Christ, based on our unity in Christ.
  8. We value family. We believe that the family is foundational to a strong church and community, and seek to minister to covenant children and youth and to strengthen marriages and families.
  9. We value proclaiming the gospel of Christ and the greatness of our God to our community and around the world, to be His witnesses.
  10. We value ministering in His name to those in need in our congregation and our community.
